  • Can you fix my device?

    Probably. Not everything breaks or malfunctions the same way. If it's not cost-effective to fix, we could source a new or refurbished unit.

  • What is the average service time?

    Every situation is different and we work on jobs in the order they come in. However we do try to prioritize Mobile Device repairs. Here are some possible examples of repair times. Mobile device repairs range from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Computer repairs average 2-4 hours. This is if we have the parts on hand. If we have to order the repair parts, the shipping time is usually 3-7 business days.

  • What kind of warranty do I get?

    30 days on parts and labor only. If possible, you may ask to test the device before leaving our location. Warranty is void if there are any signs of tampering or new damage since the initial service.
